Conditioning

Developing the physical and psychological skills to make the body more powerful and efficient. Results will be beneficial in a specific sport or as all-encompassing maintenance strategy.

The Body-for-LIFE Challenge:

12-week healthy living contest. Participants have their progress recorded with before and after photos, measurements and body fat and are judged on the quality of their outer and inner transformation. Winners take home over $3000.

Beauty pageants:

Physical and psychological training to bring the contestants to the highest step of the podium. Focusing on overall look and femininity without gaining a lot of muscle. Yvan Fitness clients have been awarded the following titles: Miss Universe, Miss World, Princess of the Americas, Miss Canada and Miss BC.

Body sculpting:

Altering the composition, shape, contour, proportions and symmetry of the body to give it a healthier, sexier and younger look.

Pregnancy Specific:

We have years of experience working with the specific needs of pregnant women. Whether you’re concerned about maintaining a healthy weight or addressing health issues, we can tailor your program yo your goals and needs.

Actors & Models

Bringing your body the the ideal look to meet the specific of the role. Working with casting directors to achieve results towards the physical aspect of the character.

Getting you ready for a successful photo shoot. Bringing the body to its peak at the perfect time to be captured by camera. Master in the concepts of carb depletion, carb loading, dehydration. Advice on tanning, grooming, posing and smiling.

Nutrition

We partner with EZ Weight Loss & Nutrition to provide you with a personal nutrition program. At the center of the EZ Weight Loss & Nutrition program are the following elements: coupling balance with regular exercise and catering to your particular and changing needs.
